Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be given.

Rescheduling Fee: $100

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email. After completing your cancellation, please email aloha@thelightseer.com with your details so we can issue your refund. Cancellations done within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
